Our back process unit plays a critical role in ensuring high weaving efficiency and fabric quality. Equipped with state-of-the-art warping and precision sizing machines, the unit is designed to deliver consistently smooth and uniform yarn preparation. By using premium yarn from our own spinning facility, we ensure optimal sizing that supports superior loom performance and minimizes downtime. Our sizing process is carefully controlled to maintain full compatibility with downstream processes such as de-sizing, scouring, and finishing, ensuring a seamless production flow and the highest standards in fabric quality.
Our weaving department is equipped with advanced, high-speed looms featuring the latest automation and digital control systems, enabling precise fabric formation with consistent uniformity, strength, and fine detailing. The facility is maintained under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, which are essential for achieving optimal fabric quality. Our operations are supported by a highly skilled and professionally trained workforce, developed through our in-house training center. This combination of modern technology, controlled environments, and technical expertise allows us to consistently deliver premium-quality fabrics that meet the exacting standards of our customers.
After fabric production, every batch undergoes a thorough inspection in accordance with internationally recognized standards such as the American Four-Point System, Japanese Ten-Point System, or any customized quality criteria specified by our valued customers. This ensures that all quality expectations are fully met. Once approved, the fabric is neatly and securely packed in bales, rolls, or on pallets, using protective materials and careful handling to maintain presentation and ensure safe delivery during transportation.
